		<description>The front line of the post office is the window clerks. Letters that are dropped in the boxes are processed by employees at each station.  For the most part if a letter is overweight(requiring more postage) you can tell because it will a bulky envelope or oversized. If an employee suspects that it is overweight it is then weighed.</description>
