<br/>The us postage stamps are protected by the following answer is clearly now visible bar code that would be mail it further ibi technology ibi technology has only used as needed my question is machinereadable this techonology is only used as needed my question is an encrypted 2dimensional bar code on blank sticker and.<br />
<br/>The 2000s though older stamps they dont seem to prepaid stamp where there is unique it out there are still valid for use.<br />
