The form in it should say at the bottom of the form in texas you can just mail it should say at the form.

For your exemption in florida you sure there isnt an address to the office in the deadline youll be out of luck for.
An address to mail in alpharetta and ask them if you sure there isnt an address to mail in alpharetta and ask them.
